With over 15 years of experience in the fitness/personal training industry, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. In 2017, I took the leap to pursue my passion for both fitness and entrepreneurship, founding DANNOFIT with the mission of providing personalized, results-driven training.
I specialize in corrective movement, sports performance, and weight management, creating customized plans that cater to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving your athletic performance, or managing your weight, my goal is to empower you to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier.

Personal Trainer/Mobility
I am a certified athletic trainer and personal trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from the University of Toledo, where I graduated in 2011. During my time at UT, I worked closely with the softball, football, and men’s basketball teams, gaining hands-on experience in injury evaluation, rehabilitation, and overall fitness maintenance.
I hold a National Athletic Training Certification and a Michigan state license for Athletic Training, both earned in 2011, as well as CPR/AED certification.
With over 20 years of experience in strength training across various backgrounds and age groups, along with more than a decade in a clinical setting, I take a well-rounded approach to performance enhancement, injury prevention, and functional fitness. My goal is to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training and expert guidance—all while keeping the sessions fun!
